Looking for a temporary tenant until I come back from NYU!

This is a lovely quiet apartment with huge windows in a classic Schoeneberg "Altbau" in one of the most sought-after areas of the city: find cute restaurants and nice bars on walking distance, as well as a busy shopping street with everything you need, many ethnic shops that represent the vibe of Berlin. Once home to David Bowie and other artists and writers, this area is a real gem. You are around the corner of the S-bahn into and out of the city (s1) and near a number of U-bahns, bringing basically the entire city at your doorstep. I intended to start living in this lovely place in my absolute favorite Berlin neighborhood after having become an empty-nester, but things took a different turn and I am currently away in New York and my daughter who had lived here moved out quicker than expected... so I am subletting it for the time being! Possible extension beyond December, depending on how things go. I am still busy putting the last things in the apartment (comfortable chairs and side dish, some small furniture pieces) so it does not quite work on the pictures yet as it should.
