Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with mountain views and easy access to parks, trails, Boulder Creek and downtown Boulder. The main living area has a gas fireplace and an open layout with high ceilings, skylights, and large south facing windows that bring in plenty of natural light. There are mountain views from both guest bedrooms and the kitchen. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor have all been recently updated. The newly renovated downstairs offers even more space, with a washer and dryer, a separate office, another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an updated bathroom with a shower, and a spacious, kid-friendly family room with a huge sectional couch, TV, board games, and a foosball table. The fenced backyard is perfect if you have a dog, with a dog door, covered patio, and outdoor seating. The backyard gate opens directly to walking and biking paths. A city park, recreation center, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, soccer fields, dog park and a beautiful creek path are all within a few minutes’ walk. Downtown Boulder, CU Boulder, and mountain hiking are about a 10-minute drive away, and public transportation is within walking distance, making it easy to settle in and explore everything Boulder has to offer!
