Spacious comfortable room in large, quiet house close to transport links

Description

We have a spacious, light room available in a large, comfortable home in south London. The house is close to a park and all amenities, such as shops, restaurants, cinema, gym and good transport links into central London and out to Surrey/Gatwick Airport. The first floor room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and armchair and is south facing, looking on to the street. Shared space includes the shower room on the ground floor, the kitchen (sunny and bright but chilly in winter), sitting room and garden. In the household, there are two adults plus my teenage son. We have a sweet-natured, shy rescue dog. We are looking for someone considerate and independent who will enjoy a peaceful home environment. I teach children from home so a guest who works out of the house most of the time would be ideal. We are not meat eaters and would appreciate someone with a similar outlook.
