On the 4th floor with an elevator, it is spacious, flooded with light throughout the year and offers an open view onto the district's rooftops. It is ideal for a couple or a small family. The apartment is 50m2 (600 ft2) and has parquet floors. It is fully equipped and includes flat-screen cable TV and an optic fiber connection. Electricity charges are not included for stays over 2 weeks. We provide you with a mobile A/C during heatwaves. There is a fixed 120 euros cleaning fee.
