It is located in one of the best suburbs and there are very pleasant surroundings which provide a large choice of walks with ferry service to the city as well as bus. The house is very attractive with a collection of art works and Persian rugs. A new modern kitchen has just been installed. It is about 7km to the city with good public transport. The low maintenance garden is attractive and provides for outdoor living. It is available for various unspecified periods this year 2024 and at this stage we are flexible with dates and happy to consider any proposal however short/exchange . It is available from 2024 onward.
