Description
We are two adults seeking to exchange our one-bedroom apartment in Issy-les-Moulineaux, located on the site of a former XVIII century hospice for a similar place in New York City ONLY. Close to two metro lines, two tram lines and five bus lines. The apartment was entirely redone in 2022 and has a fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, and a balcony. Overlooking an interior garden, very calm and safe yet near all of Paris's buzz and action. Excellent restaurants, parks, shops, cinemas within walking distance. Public transport is between 2 and 6 minutes from the apartment. We can cat-sit while being there. We have no pets.

Comments: This apartment, located in a 15-year-old building, was completely redone in 2022. Issy has the convenience of Paris without the crowds and the noise. Near two metro, two tram and five bus lines, all going to Paris, La Defense, and Versailles.
