Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is on a quiet, friendly street in what we think is the best location in San Diego. In 10 minutes we can walk to the park, great restaurants and shops (North Park and South Park), two fantastic bookstores, and our children's wonderful public elementary school. In 5 minutes we can be in Switzer Canyon, enjoying the trails. We are a 5-minute drive from Balboa Park and the zoo, and a 15-minute drive from the beach at Coronado. Our house works great for children - it has a big family room and a moderate amount of outdoor space. It would also be lovely for a couple or roommates. One of our favorite things to do is sit on the front porch, enjoy the sun and the breeze, and chat with neighbors as they walk by.
