Description
Ideal for a family vacation in Berlin: nice three-room 90sqm (950sqf) Altbau-apartment centrally located in Kreuzberg. Quiet and bright. Wooden floors, new kitchen and fully equipped for children. Accommodations for toddlers can be arranged. The house has a nice backyard with trees giving shade and a sandbox + toys - see pic. We have a four-year old ourselves and are looking for a home swap for a summer vacation. The apartment is in walking distance to Bergmannstrasse & Marheineke Markthalle and the Landwehrkanal, Subway entrance is one minute away. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and organic food stores around. Two nice playgrounds within two minutes walking distance. Living room was re-decorated recently. New pictures asap.
