Central London lux apartment (balcony views, gym, rooftop++)

Description

We are a young family of three looking for someone to swap homes with. We moved into our brand new corner apartment in 2021, and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. It would be ideal for a single traveller or couple looking to live close to major universities and attractions such as Tate Modern in central London, in a vibrant area full of bars, parks and restaurants. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but we hope to use one bedroom for storage when we are away (though if need be, we could leave this open too, and you would then have two king-size beds available). The apartment is in central London just south of the river, in a tower built in 2021, a 25 min walk from Tate Modern. Building amenties include a private gym, rooftop garden, 24/7 concierge, washer/dryer in unit, noise-cancelling windows, air-conditioning and filtering. The main event might be the view, which someone online called among the best in the city. From our balcony and bedroom, you can see most of London's skyline, including Shoreditch, St. Pauls, Tate Modern, Tower Bridge and Canary Warf. We can both work remote full time, and are travellers open to go to most places where our baby daughter would feel welcome too. Space for our dog (a small and cat-like Jindo-mix) would be welcome, but not required as she thrives at her kennel north of the city. To be transparent: if you are looking to live in old-timey London in a quiet residential district outside the city, this is not the place. But if you are looking for modern London, as it is in 2024, and an international and dynamic neighbourhood, it might be. All house swap requests warmly appreciated!
