We’ll be spending time at Columbia University from September 1st to December 31st and are looking for someone to sublet our beautiful, fully furnished 3.5-room apartment in the heart of Wiedikon during this period. The rental duration is flexible – we ask for a minimum of two months. The apartment is located on the first floor of a heritage-listed building that was completely renovated in 2013. It is bright, quiet, and very well connected by tram and bus. A Coop supermarket is just across the street, literally one crosswalk away. The flat includes a spacious open-plan kitchen, a cozy living room with balcony, a bedroom facing the courtyard, and a home office/guest room with a sofa bed. The toilet and bathroom are separate. All rooms are furnished with care, and we will leave everything as pictured – furniture, plants, artwork, and all appliances. In the basement, you’ll have access to your own washing machine and dryer, plus a shared drying room. There are covered bicycle racks for each unit in the quiet courtyard. The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple, but thanks to the layout and the sofa bed, it could also work very well for a small family with a child or a shared flat.
