London garden apartment to swap with apartment in Italy or France

My home is a pretty one bedroom garden apartment with an open plan kitchen/dinner. There are tall ceilings throughout and picture rails in the rooms. The light in the living room is wonderful. It has been recently decorated so I’m especially keen for it to be looked after with care in my absence. As part of the swap (or tenancy), I’d ask for you to look after my elderly and affectionate cat. She is smart, well behaved and chatty and enjoys company. She has two meals a day and there is also an automatic feeder if you plan to have a lie in or to go out in the evening. The property is near excellent transport links (15mims to London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross) and there is a nature reserve and park nearby. Shops are also within walking distance and there is a gastropub about 10mins walk away. I’m looking for an exchange in Italy or France and would like to be within walking distance of public transport.
