This is an independent apartment with its own dedicated entrance and driveway attached to our home. Located in a beautiful and quiet tree-lined Miami Springs, you are accessible to many different neighborhoods and experiences that Miami has to offer. Despite being five minutes from Miami International Airport, "The Springs" is a hidden gem of Miami, with walkable streets, parks, shops, and restaurants. Near to Coral Gables, Doral, and Hialeah, the neighborhood is near multiple desirable areas, such as Wynwood, the Design District, Miami Beach, and downtown. We are a couple living in the main area of our home, and have academic / scientific connections at universities in the area. The apartment has an independent side entrance with dedicated driveway parking, and we are available to negotiate other aspects (such as cleaning or laundry access) with a tenant on a case-by-case basis. The furnished apartment has a bedroom, full bathroom, and studio / office space with work desk and monitor. We can negotiate access to a wifi printer, as needed. Note that the apartment does not have a full kitchen; it is equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, and tea pot. A private outdoor sitting area and barbecue with outdoor sink is available to the tenant. Our street is quiet and walkable, with easy access to downtown Miami Springs, local parks, the Miami Springs Golf course, and biking paths. We are easily accessible to University of Miami, Florida International University, and other schools and universities. We are available to advise and orient, as needed.
