Beautiful Open Plan House in Center of Oxford, Near Nature

This house is a really sweet classic home on one of the most sought after streets in all of Oxford. 8 minutes walk from the city center near a park with a lake, pool and community center. It has two large but comfortable living rooms, and a huge open plan kitchen that stretches onto the backyard with a bbq, shed / meditation space or extra office, vegatable garden and patio for sunbathing in summer. It is the best house I've ever lived in and I have lived here with fellow academics for years, filling it with art, good energy and many papers written and read. I am now looking for a couple or person to come stay as I'd like to spend some time in London. I'd like to arrange it as a house share for 1-2 days a week on the weeks I need to come in for work, hence the low rent for the huge house. If this would be a house exchange I'd obviously be happy to support the same arrangement at your house. I'm a mid-30s, clean, open minded professional working at the intersection of academia and environmental policy. I'm looking for people who value community, care for animals, and want to have an amazing time in this space. It is a great place to be quiet and calm in front of the fire or in the garden or to have large dinner parties. The kitchen turns into an amazing dance floor on the occasional birthday or celebration. I like this site over other rental options because it feels more personal and less like a utilitarian exchange so let's keep it that way. Would love to hear from you!
