Description
Our lovely home in Erskineville is right by the train station and a 20-minute walk to the University of Sydney. Next to Newtown, this part of Sydney is cool, lefty and relaxed. There are many bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from - all within walking distance. Our street is lined with gum trees that magpies and kookaburras come to visit. The house has three bedrooms - one used as a study with a sofa bed in it, one child's bedroom and one king size room with ensuite. The kitchen and living area is all open plan and leads onto a small area out the back where you can sit. 25-minute drive to the beach, 2 stops to Central station.
