I am looking for a Bay Area- NYC home exchange for the year that I will be attending Berklee NYC Masters in Creative Technology and Production. I am offering in exchange my two bedroom home in sunny and quiet neighborhood, Upper Dimond. Located five minutes from Downtown Oakland, 20 minutes from UC Berkeley and ten miles from San Francisco, this home is central and yet tucked away in a residential neighborhood. We are across the street from a health-food store, Farmer Joe's, CVS, bakeries, and restaurants. The house is blocks away from a post office, public library, public outdoor pool, and a park with playgrounds and hiking trails.
