Full bath with soaking tub and shower, half bath downstairs. One queen-sized bed, two doubles, a trundle that can be single or queen size bed in the guest room, and one additional upper bunk bed. Two sunny studies. Lovely terrace, fire pit, charcoal grill, finicky pizza oven. Great for kids; near Antioch College gym, woods and fields.

Comments: One of us will be working at Bard College Prison Initiative -- can exchange with anything near the College. The other will be on sabbatical and working on writing projects, including some commuting to NYC.

Comments: A Writers' Retreat in Yellow Springs! The house has great windows, central A/C, plenty of wildlife around, several comfortable setups for writing and reading. Available academic year, also 6 weeks in summer feasible. Dates negotiable.
