My furnished house has two medium-sized bedrooms with queen-sized beds as well as one very small extra room, which I use as a study. The property is surrounded by a fence on a few, but not all sides; the yard is usually used as a vegetable/flower garden in the summer so no regular lawn care service is provided. There is a one-car garage. It is two miles from Brown University's campus, right off the bus route, and a short walk to Hope Village, with great coffee shops, cafes, other specialty stores. It is sits on a corner, across from one of the Miriam hospital parking lots; aside from a few more cars than normal parking in front of the house, it is normally fairly quiet. The house will be available between early October and the end of January. I’d prefer that the house be kept shoe-less to keep it clean. All new windows on second floor.

Comments: I have a shoe-less home and would prefer to keep it that way.
Comments: I have a one car, detached garage.
I'll keep some houseplants there if you don’t mind watering them once a week….
