The house is now spacious and newly renovated with 3 bedrooms, ample living space, a large patio and backyard with fruit trees, a hot tub and a pool. The neighbourhood is very quiet but it is easy walking distance to downtown as well as to the popular "Five points" neighbourhood and brunch spot/coffee shop. Easy distance to the University, either driving (5 min) or walking to the street car stop. We are open to rentals and exchanges during December/Jan and the months of May-August every year.
