Charming details throughout, all hardwood floors, chef's kitchen (fully renovated), two nice outdoor spaces. Walking distance to OSU (0.8 mile/16 min walk to the oval), shopping, bars and restaurants, and all that the Short North has to offer. Permitted street parking (permit provided). To see more pictures, please see the Airbnb link: https://airbnb.com/h/victorianvillage More details: Beautiful 1880s Victorian home with large, open living space and two outdoor spaces (a large front porch and a back deck with grill, smoker, and large garden). We are a short walk to the OSU campus oval (0.8 mile) and stadium (1.4 miles), two blocks from Kroger grocery, and walking distance to all that the Short North and Italian Village have to offer. Easy on-street permit parking. We are two OSU professors who travel often and rent our home out when we are away. Very large living area with high ceilings, two leather sofas and chair, wood pellet burning stove, baby grand piano, large library's and original artwork throughout. Large and recently remodeled kitchen with marble countertops, 6 burner gas stove and electric oven, and every imaginable kitchen tool. Large table seats 8-10, and the dining room has three large windows into the backyard. Half bath off the kitchen. Full-size washer and dryer in the basement. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one cali king, two bedrooms with a queen each, and an office with queen sofa pullout). There is one full bathroom with tub and shower upstairs and a half bath downstairs. If you need one less bedroom, we can offer a discount. Large front porch with rocking chairs and a bistro table with two chairs. Back porch has lots of seating, a cedar table, cafe lights, and a large grill+smoker. Our housekeeper may be arranged for cleanings (extra cost, paid directly to cleaner).
