This newly renovated apartment for rent in Berlin, has been designed in a warm and modern style. The street of the apartment is a very beautiful street, with buildings from the beginning of the twentieth century, that have been well renovated and a lot of nice shops, good restaurants and cafés, art galleries and bookstores. The S-Bahn station Savignyplatz is around the corner and you are in 10 min in the old center of Berlin, or in the main train station Hbf or in 40 min at the airport BER. The apartment is in a very well mantained old building and it is in the first floor (staircase) and all the windows look into the very beautiful and green courtyard. It is absolutely quiet inside. All the apartments have new, isolated windows with double glass, so that you don´t hear anything and they are well temperated. Thanks to this windows and the courtyard the apartment is warm in winter and fresh in sommer. This beautiful apartment with high ceilings (3,4 meters high) was completely renovated a short time ago. The floors were made new of massive oak and mahagoni wood, several walls were removed and the kitchen and bathroom have been made new. In the well designed kitchen the electrical stove and oven, an extractor, a refrigerator, a microwave and the washing machine (that is also a dryer) has been perfectly integrated. You will find there all the accesoires you need to cook and bake. A little table with two chairs permits you to sit next to the window and eat directly in the kitchen, if you don´t want to use the dining table in the studio. This area can be separated from the rest of the room with two white curtains that can be closed if someone wants to separate both areas. Bedclothes and towels will be included. This is a very nice and very secure area to live. You can walk everywhere or use a bike (if you want, we can rent you a bike as well). The apartment is very near to the Tiergarten Park, the biggest park in the center of Berlin, and also the Charlottenburg Palace Park.
