An 8 minute walk from the Morris Park (5) and Pelham Parkway (2/5) train stops, it's easy to get into either the east or westside of Manhattan. It features all new appliances and hardwood floors throughout, along with ample closet space and good natural light. The apartment is fully furnished and decorated - perfect for a temporary relocation or for someone who is just getting started in the city. Linens, pots, pans, rugs, and window dressings are all included along with everything you need to move in. Just bring your clothes and food! Cats and animals in tanks/terrariums are permitted. Dogs are negotiable but require a “pet interview” and approval from the coop board. No birds, please. We will also ask for references and a cleaning deposit.
