Includes two private entries; BR w/one full-sized bed, antique dresser, and large walk-in closet; LR w/a small desk, two-seat couch, antique armoire, and two-person table; full bath w/a tub; kitchen w/new marble counter, gas stove, microwave, new fridge, and well-stocked cookware and tableware; fenced in backyard, newly landscaped, with a deck, fire pit, and hot tub; free washer/dryer; and free street parking. Working TV, but not hooked up. No landline available. Nonsmokers only. One small pet negotiable. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME if you have more than one pet or would like us to remove the furniture. No exceptions.
