Nice flat in the centre of Berlin.

The flat was very spacious in a very conveniently located part of Berlin. Marc was very easy to work with on setting up the math and contract, and the apartment has what you need for living.

A well situated flat with a very kind and helpful host who takes pride in ensuring a very comfortable stay. It is a perfect pied-a-terre for the solo academic Berlin, with many amenities including cafes, groceries and transportation nearby. The location is extremely quiet, and the flat has everything required for inspired working and self-catering. Thank you for everything, I look forward to my next return and highly recommend you to others!

I was very fortunate to have stayed for 10 months with Marc Berlin, who proved to be very flexible and accommodating! Initially, I had overlap with a previous tenancy and I was extremely appreciative to be able to delay the start of my tenancy. Other features and preferences were also able to be negotiated. Once, I had an internet issue, which the host resolved with the provider on the same day. Many grocery stores, galleries, cafés, and upscale bars are nearby, plus the very attractive Park am Gleisdreick. All in all, a delightful experience and I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying with Marc Berlin!
