This is a beautiful 60 square meters apartment on the 4th floor in a turn of the century building in Berlin's historical district Prenzlauer Berg. It has lots of lights and, from its balcony, stunning views of the city. The apartment is newly renovated and equipped with designer furniture . It has a loft-like living room/dining room/kitchen area and one large bedroom. Plenty of space for a single person, it also works for a couple. The apartment comes with a brand-new kitchen including microwave. The bathroom has a shower and there is also a washing machine. In the bedroom there is also a lounge area and a TV. I am subletting this space during the academic semesters in the US. I am teaching German Studies/Media Studies/Queer Studies at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. Winters and summers I am spending my self in Berlin. This is a beautiful old building, it comes with no elevator. The building is in Berlin's most quaint neighbourhood of Prenzlauer Berg. Coffee shops, restaurants, a mall with grocery and drug stores, a gym and public transportation are literally less than 5 minutes away. You will be on the "Ring-Bahn" and on the Subway line U2. Alexanderplatz is 10 Minutes away, City West about 25-30 Minuten. The place comes with cleaning service every 2 weeks. Its both a great place to retreat and centrally located to explore the city.
