Description

We are looking for guests who are willing to enjoy and take care of our home while we are away. The apartment is a fully equipped and very nicely furnished piece in a building of the early 1900. This means one can enjoy the majesticity of this type of building and also has to accept the somewhat antique charm: wooden floors and windows, high ceilings. It is located in one of the most beautiful, trendy and cozy areas of the city, full of life, cafes, parks and infrastructure, just a few minutes' walk from Alexanderplatz. The master bedroom and living room face Winsstrasse, while the second bedroom, kitchen and bathroom overlook a quiet courtyard with a large chestnut tree. One of the highlights of the apartment is the small but charming balcony facing the street and south west for that evening and afternoon chill time. We usually live in this apartment with our two children. We are out of the country for half a year and would like to leave it in good hands. In our absence we would appreciate some love and care for our plants.
