Hi There ! Let us introduce ourselves, we are Kate, Paolo and our puppy dog Poe, and we live in our sweet and leafy 2 bedroom, 1 study, 2 bathroom apartment in Highgate Hill. Paolo is originally from Italy and is now an Aussie Citizen and a Lecturer at UQ in Art History. I am from Brisbane and work as an Arts Manager with a specialty in dance and festivals. Poe is a chihuahua puppy, but don't worry he will be with our family during your stay! We are big lovers of travel and food and are looking for someone kind and considerate to rent our place while we are overseas. We love our little balcony gardens filled with flowers and herbs, including our big rooftop terrace with a pergola, a table and outdoor seating. We spend most of our time in the open plan living room with bright large windows and our bookshelves. We have a big wooden dining table great for hosting dinner parties as it is adjacent to the kitchen. The modern kitchen includes European appliances, dishwasher, gas cook tops and stone benchtops. Fantastic live music and local produce. - We are also located close to two hospitals, parks, the river, and the major universities (UQ, QUT, Griffith South Bank) which are a 30 minute walk, 10 minute by bus or 5 minute by bicycle away.
