My apartment has been sublet a couple of times, all tenants loved the location. It is on the second floor in a Berlin Hinterhof in a street full of trees, with a farmer market twice in the week nearby. There is no elevator! Cinema, restaurants, book shops, organic butcher, baker, parks all less than in 5 walking distance. I am not using it because I work globally for the UNHCR and live in Geneva. The interior is as can be seen from the pictures basic but charming (at least me and my friends think so). It is well suited for anybody who appreciates a charming Berlin place with stucco on the ceiling, a sofa, that is old but comfy, and lots of light and a personal touch. Should it be rented for 1 month, then the rent will be increased by 150 Euros.

Comments: The location is one of the best in Berlin. U-Bahn (5 stations in less than 10 min walk), close to shops, restaurants, amenities. Vibrant but quiet. Balcony, charming apartment with high ceilings and wooden floors. Safe and good for singles who might want to go grocery shopping, get a nice bottle of wine, browse in a nice bookshop or grabbing a good bite in Indian, Italian or Vietnamese restaurants just around the corner. Farmer market twice a week in the street.
Comments: Internet fees, water and electricity plus radio/TV fees need to be paid by tenant. Amounts to Euro 110 per month.
Comments: Berlin is a city where a car is not required. Parking a car proves challenging, but possible.

Comments: My kitchen is charming but basic. Not suitable for guests who want to throw dinner parties. Very good restaurants everywhere! Bring your own linen, duvets and towels.

Comments: To be rented out to one person with one set of keys. I am renting below-average price for a great place in a great location. In exchange, I need a no-fuss, and friendly tenant, who does keeps the energy prices in mind.
