This peaceful, 33m2 apartment is on the top floor, courtyard-side, in a quiet building with an elevator. Its 5 windows face east and get nice light. The apartment is equipped for comfortable working from home. The WIFI is excellent. In the living room, there is a secretary desk, a second desk, a small table (it can also be used for working, or it can fold out to seat 4 for meals), and two desk chairs. Additional folding chairs are in the closet. In the kitchen, you'll find a washer, refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, small oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, blender, and moka pot. Note: there is no dishwasher or microwave. I heat things in the oven or on the wok. The bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress. Linens are provided. I also have a double air mattress to put in the living room if you need. The bathroom and shower are tiny, but everything is clean and functions well. No smoking or pets.
