Perfectly located between numerous transit options either to the university or downtown and the sky train, our home sits on a quiet leafy street in the heart of Kitsilano. If you prefer to be car free, our home will suit you well. Within walking distance you will find groceries, restaurants, a library, a community center complete with ice rink and beautiful beaches. Also nearby are many bike trails including the university endowment lands and sea wall. Our home is laid out over 3 floors with the main 3 bedrooms located upstairs on the top floor. A generous master with en suite and 2 further bedrooms share a bathroom (both with double sinks). The main floor comprises of an open kitchen and dining area with a spacious living room, fireplace and another full bathroom. The kitchen has a built in coffee machine and wine fridge and opens out onto an elevated deck overlooking the garden. This is our summer oasis and the built in bbq and seating for 6 allows for lots of socializing or relaxing summer evenings. On the ground floor you will find the 4th bedroom or office, a further full bathroom, rec room, mud room and dedicated laundry room with a separate entrance to the back. The back garden has a small secondary patio/seating area and springfree trampoline which has always been a hit with our children. We are a family of 4 who raised our young family in this home. We currently live in St Andrews, Scotland and although we miss our home and Vancouver dearly, we know you will enjoy it as much as we do.
