A quiet, spacious and beautiful house located seven blocks from the historic center of Coyoacán, in the Barrio de San Lucas neighborhood. It’s four blocks away from the General Anaya subway station and two blocks from División del Norte Avenue. The Frida Kahlo and Popular Cultures museums are within walking distance, as is the famous Coyoacán Market. There is a variety of restaurants, shops, bakerys and cafés nearby; however, the area is quiet and calm. The house has a very nice outdoor patio full of plants, a spacious dining room and living room area on the ground floor, where the kitchen and a half bathroom are also located. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the smaller one with a twin bed (the bed can be adapted to become a bunk bed if desired), a full bathroom, and a small study. Down the corridor, half a level lower, the space opens up to a large study with a library, a TV room and another larger study. There is a parking space with an automatic door for one vehicle. The house will be available from August 15 2025 to Agugust 14 2026. Cleaning services are provided once a week by trustworthy people. The rent of the house includes this cleaning service, bedding, towels and all kitchen utensils necessary for the daily life of four people; plus a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Internet and water services are also included in the price.
