Family-friendly apartment in the heart of Madrid

This is a 90m2 fully renovated apartment at the heart of Madrid. It has 2 bathrooms (WC+shower), 2 bedrooms and 1 office. Lots of natural light, with living room + open kitchen and home-office facing south-east (with motorized awnings in this part of the apartment) and bedrooms facing north-west. It is in the 4th floor of a 4 storey building. Apartment is fully furnished to comfortably accommodate 3-5 people (queen bed in main bedroom, bunk beds in children's bedroom, queen-size pull down bed in the office, not shown in the pictures). Notice that the bunk beds in the children room are small (80cmx180cm), perfectly suitable for children but not adults. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, heating (running on natural gas), wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove... Dishes, pots/pans, kitchen appliances, linens, towels etc are all provided so you will have all you need for a comfortable stay. Toys and books are available for you children. There are 2 small balconies where you can set a chair to have a coffee or read a book. More photos available on request. Fantastic location in a vibrant neighborhood (in the limit of Lavapiés and Arganzuela) with an excellent balance of family activities, public parks, cultural life and nightlife. Walking distance to Puerta del Sol, Parque del Retiro or Museo del Prado is 20 min. Museo Reina Sofia is at a 10 min walk. There are schools, a public library, cinemas, public parks and theatres nearby. Subway and train stations are at a 5 min walk. There are also many bus stops nearby. The apartment is full equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove,... It has 2 bathrooms (WC+shower), 2 bedrooms and 1 office. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and have been living there for 4 years, including a sabbatical year in Boston during which we did a full year exchange. We loved the experience, and since this summer we will be out of town, we would love another family could enjoy our home for their stay in Madrid.
