Description

This is a perfect space for one person, but can also accommodate a couple. It is not technically a studio, as it features an entrance hallway (for jackets, boots, umbrellas, and bags), a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living/sleeping/study room. There is also an outdoor dining space that guests can use. The apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a small, private apartment, perfect for study, but it contains everything you need. There is a lovely view from every window to the garden. The loftbed features a sofabed below, providing our guests with a choice of two double beds. There is ample drawer and hanging space. Guests can enjoy strong Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime. The studio has an office chair, a desk, and a separate armchair. The kitchen contains a small table, 2 fold-up chairs, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a toaster oven, a microwave, a stovetop, a kettle, a toaster, an iron, tea and coffee makers, crockery and cutlery. The tiny bathroom includes a sit-down shower, bathtub and toilet. All bedding, towels, bath mat, hairdryer, soap, and cleaning products are provided. I am happy to send more photos and details if you need them. Free street parking is available a few streets away (please ask for more details if you are driving). Nearby public transportation (bus & train) is easily accessible. Our street has numerous restaurants, hairdressers, cafes, and two parks: Preußon Park (known for its weekend flea market and Thai street food) and scenic Olivaer Platz, close to the famous high-end designer shops of Kurfürstendamm. It's a wonderful neighbourhood for walks and window shopping!
