We're a couple of professors looking for someone to rent our pet-free studio apartment, located above our detached garage. We are close to the ocean in beautiful Cardiff-by-the-Sea. The studio is positioned on a hill next to a redwood tree with peekaboo ocean views. The studio offers a tranquil getaway perfect for a single traveler or a couple. Cardiff’s magnificent beaches with prime surfing are a 15 min walk away, and the town-square with cafes, restaurants, and Cardiff’s famous Seaside Market is a 5 minute walk.
