Our beautiful East London one bedroom apartment has has just been refurbished. It’s has its own patio with a private entrance, and sits adjoining our own bedroom house. There is a large open plan sitting room/kitchen with a new sofa and new kitchen with induction hob. The bedroom overlooks the patio, giving it an almost cottage-like feeling. The apartment is well equipped with a newly installed kitchen and all cooking equipment, and brand new dishwasher. The patio garden is well established with a mature cherry tree, plants and flowers. The area is tranquil. The house is on a very quiet street, but also convenient, just a 10 minutes walk from the central line underground station. There is a corner shop a couple of streets away, with a lovely local cafe. The main high street and supermarket 10 minutes walk away. We live next door and absolutely love the area. The flat is next to Hollow Ponds which is part of Epping Forest, it is near to one of the best Thai restaurants in the country and has a few hipster tap rooms nearby.
