Description

One room is available in a furnished two bed apartment, including kitchen, living room and one bathroom. Bedroom is spacious and well lit with a reasonable amount of storage. The second bedroom may be used as a study, but not as a bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, crockery and pans. The apartment has a lovely balcony and is extremely well located near Victoria Station. Available to a single person or couple who are living in London short term. Initial rent for 3-4 months, with potential to extend. Would prefer to rent to academic or professional person. A cleaner will be arranged to visit once a fortnight, the cost of this will be covered in your rent. The owners may occasionally return (likely 2-3 times a year for a couple of days), and will use the second bedroom if so. Some of the owners possessions (e.g. books and clothes) are likely to remain in the apartment throughout your stay. This is a home, so some objects may not be brand new, please bear with us. Rent is £1500 per month, including cleaning, council tax, water and wifi. Energy bills will be met by lodger. Property will be managed remotely by the owner.
