I am looking for responsible tenants who will enjoy living in my apartment as much as I have. Layout is open plan, with plenty of sun light and great views to the ocean to the east and escarpment to the north. It is furnished in mid-century style with artworks, quality timber and a leather lounge set. I love cooking and so the kitchen is fully equiped with everything you will need. Second bedroom is currently set up as a study but could be fitted with an extra bed. Bathroom has a shower and bath, and there is a separate laundry. The unit is a short walk from the railway station with a direct line to Sydney Central (1hr 10min express). Shops, cafes, restaurants and all amenities walking distance.
