The house also features a large attic with beds, suitable for children or shorter-term visitors. The living room has a large working fireplace and an air conditioner unit. Meals can be taken on the sunny front patio for much of the year. We seek tenants for all or most of the period from January 1 2026 through July 2026 (extension possible) negotiable, for a minimum of three months.
