This is a cosy, well-appointed flat. Spacious and bright main bedroom; fully furnished office for two people; bright living room and functional kitchen. Individual air conditioning and heating. Electronic security lock and shutters. Smart TV. Washing machine, dishwasher. This office space is perfect for two people, with fast WiFi, comfy chairs, large desks, two PC monitors (24" and 19") supporting HDMI/VGA, keyboards, mice, and all the stationery and office supplies you need. Wooden floors everywhere in the apartment except for the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has lots of appliances such as a kettle, toaster, blender, mini-blender, osterizer, toasted sandwich maker, yogurt-maker, Italian cafetière, lots spices and kitchen utensils. The area is perfect to experience local life in Valencia; short walking distance from the old town but still in a lively and safe neighbourhood. The flat is located on a fourth floor WITH elevator in a quiet community with concierge. It faces the rear patio, not face the main avenue, thus, there is no traffic noise at all. PLEASE NOTE: ℹ️Towels, bed linen and kitchen towels are included. ℹ️All utilities are included EXCEPT FOR electricity. ℹ️Strictly 🚭 NO SMOKING 🚭 in the flat. ℹ️Gatherings or parties in the apartment are not allowed. ℹ️Pets not allowed regardless of their size. This is our home where we stay 2 - 3 months per year so, availability changes depending on our travel plans. I am looking for a trustworthy and responsible individual / couple who can commit to keeping the apartment clean and in good state. A general fortnightly cleaning can be included in the agreement (I will pay for this service) but, the flat needs to be kept in good state and cleaning condition regardless.
