This is our retirement home but I have unexpectedly taken on a position elsewhere, so we would like to rent to someone who appreciates the unique historical character of the apartment and neighborhood, and wants to be in the lively and unique heart of Beyoglu. Because this is a 19th century building it does not have modern facilities like an elevator, or a pool or such, but the building and location are completely unique and you are immersed in the history of the city in every direction. Excellent location for walkers, but difficult if you want to drive as there is no parking in the building or on this street. There are hundreds of cafes, restaurants, bars, specialty food stores, close by. It is an ideal location to explore the city, just as this city is an ideal base to explore the country and the region. Excellent public transit options are within minutes walk: subways, funiculars, historic tram. Express buses to both airports leave from a stop about 12 mins walk away. The hipster/upscale neighbourhood of Cihangir begins about 2 minutes walk away, where you can find supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, for your daily needs, as well as cafes, bars, restaurants. Many museums and historical sites within a short walk.
