Apartment with a stunning view of Place de la Bastille and the river

Had a wonderful time. The place is newly renovated (high speed wifi, temperature control, new kitchen, bathroom, appliances, etc.) and very tasteful. A beautiful view of the place de la bastille and the opera house. Owners are a pleasure and easy to communicate with. Building isn't new (old Parisian style) but the elevator in it is modern and the windows are new and can shut tight if closed properly to keep all the street noise out. Was too chilly for me to enjoy breakfast on the balcony when I stayed but there are some great coffeeshops and cafes nearby. Overall - a perfect stay. Would happily spend another month here again if they'll have me :)

My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks in Paris and had an amazing stay at Anna’s beautiful apartment. The front rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fabulous view of the canal and the Paris skyline. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and very well equipped, making the apartment ideal for any length of stay.

The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and is wonderfully quiet. We both slept extremely well and loved the morning light in the front rooms and balcony views.

The local area is fantastic, with excellent restaurants, bakeries, and the vibrant Marché Bastille nearby on Thursdays & Mondays. The Marais and the river walkway are just steps away.

We highly recommend Anna’s apartment for a truly special stay in Paris.

A lovely apartment with a great view. A lovely host who may not have been entirely upfront concerning a problem with the apartment she could do nothing about. The problem is that the Metro Line 5 runs undeneath her building and the whole block of buildings on Boulevard Bourdon before it crosses under the Seine. During rush hours early morning and late afternoon, there is a low frequency rumble every three minutes. Initially we couldn't identify the source. It was only when we asked her neighbors that we got the answer. The host said it must be something new. In any case, because the noise prevented us from getting uninterrupted sleep, we ended up leaving the apartment early.
