High floor, light-filled 2BR in pre-war, doorman building near Columbia

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is full of light, cosy and welcoming. The location was fantastic with Central Park and Riverside Park nearby, close to lots of great restaurants and grocery shops, useful bus routes, and main tube stations. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the living room was a really enjoyable and luminous space. The doormen were corteous and professional and the owner was extremely kind and attentive - communication was easy and good . We hope we will get back there soon!

Fabulous place, great neighborhood, amazing building. Fully equipped kitchen. Easily accessible charging stations everywhere. Comfortable beds.Amy was very easy to work with. If you are bringing a lot of stuff, negotiate closet and drawer space with Amy.

You can tell that this is an apartment that the owner lives in, which makes it really nice. You feel like you are living in a real house and not in a rented flat.

The owner is very polite and friendly and will more than meet your expectations.
