Family-friendly apartment in a really nice neighborhood of Paris

We are a family of four living in this apartment, and leaving it for a sabbatical period. The apartment is ideally located at the border between the 11th and 20th arrondissements of Paris, a really pleasant and lively neighborhood with many bars and restaurants, as well as the quiet of the Père Lachaise Cemetery just a few meters away. It's easy to walk or cycle to the center of Paris, but there is also a metro stop right by our door. The flat is located on third floor of a very typical Parisian building (no elevator), and consists in a large entry with storage, large kitchen+dining+living room, one bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with double bed which can alternatively be used as an office, and the children's bedroom, as well as a bathroom, separated toilets, washing machine in small laundry room. During our absence we will use either the office or kids room as a storage space and leave the other one for hosts, so it will be up to your preference. This means that we offer 2 bedrooms, not 3. The living room and kitchen, facing south, are very bright, and overlooks the lively rue de Bagnolet. The bedrooms, instead, face north and enjoy the quiet of a private backyard (possibility of parking your bicycle in the courtyard) and of the Père Lachaise. Many shops a few doors away, a very nice farmer's market takes place on the next block on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and there is another one 5 minutes walk away on Thursdays and Sundays. Last but not least, a very good boulangerie open all days except Sundays is located right at our door
