Welcome to Florence!! We are happy to host you in our apartment which is located in one of the most comfortable and elegant areas of the city in a residential district at 10 minutes walking distance from the historic centre. A lot of services are available that will allow you to spend a very pleasant stay. The apartment has just been renovated and is equipped with all comforts. It is on the third floor of a small earlier twentieth century building, there is no elevator, but the stairs are very gentle. The apartment is welcoming, comfortable and very bright. As soon as you enter on the right side there is a large living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, Tv and a dining area. On the left there are two double bedrooms, one with combined classic and modern style furniture, the other one recalls rustic style of country houses. Both rooms do not overlook the street and therefore are incredibly quiet. Next to the two bedrooms there is a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and bidet. For our guests, in addition to towels, there are a hairdryer and a towel warmer. The kitchen is located at the end of the corridor where you will find everything you need to prepare a meal or a snack with coffee or tea. There is a table and all the most modern appliances such as induction cooker, fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and a boiler. The apartment is air conditioned with windows that keep a perfect thermal insulation in all rooms. The entire apartment is for the exclusive guest use during their stay. The area where the apartment is situated has well served public transport; there are bus stops within a few minutes’ walk and the Campo di Marte train station serves as a stop for the surface metro. If you like walking you can reach the old town in just 10 minutes. Also, just a few minutes away, you can find shopping streets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and every kind of shops for your purchases. If you are a sports lover Campo di Marte can satisfy you with swimming pools, tennis courts, football fields and much more. If you arrive by car, blue lines parking spaces are available on the road in front of the house or in a nearby garage with a fixed daily rate or a monthly subscription. Florence will enchant you with its artistic beauties and not only that. We will be at your disposal to reveal many of its secrets.
