We have a furnished, top-floor flat, spread over two floors that can accommodate a family. There are two office spaces. One has an electric standing desk and massive monitor. There is a large kitchen and living room and two bathrooms. There are four beds in three bedrooms. The beds are: one super king, one single, one double and one daybed that can convert to a king. Not all beds are pictured. The traditional tenement building is largely owner-occupied and the communal stair has recently been re-painted. It is a quiet building and not a place for parties. The dates are not flexible, but shorter duration can be discussed. If you love comics and graphic novels, there is a big collection. We are in an excellent location, near facilities, groceries, public transport, swimming pools, gyms, libraries, restaurants, cafes cycle routes and walking distance to the University of Edinburgh and Napier.
