Description
We love our house, it's on the prettiest street, really quiet - but close to all the cafes/restaurants on Northcote High St and Fitzroy North. We'd love someone to enjoy it while we're in the UK for work in June and July this year. It's perfect for a young family - there's one cot in there at the moment - but we can always get another kids bed if needed. The garden is newly landscaped and so nice to hang out in. It has a little office we use as a radio studio. We have a car, that should be available.

Comments: 3 bed house (perfect for couple and small kids - we have a 3 year old and a baby). landscaped garden. lots of on street parking. There's a day bed in the playroom. Currently it's set up with a kids bed and a bassinet but we have a cot too.

Comments: We have a toddler, so all the toys/kids stuff you need. We have an outside office hardwired to the wifi - great place for quiet work/meetings etc. The garden was landscaped last year -with sun deck

be great if you could water the plants occasionally, and then just do the bins on a Sunday. (Garden/Recycling alternate weeks)
Comments: Any sudden problems, obviously call us, but the family at no 16 are lovely.as are Frank and Janet, and Merri over the road

Comments: It's a really quiet, leafy street, the no 11 tram is on your doorstep to the CBD/Fitzroy. Northcote High St (voted best in Melbourne) a 10 minute walk. Loads of cafes/bars/parks/pools/cinema nearby.
