House with air-conditioning, 3 double bedrooms ( 6 people including children) + (1 extra room where we have stored a few personal belongings in the cupboards but it could be used as a extra guest room for visitors) , Swimming pool (could be heated from may to October), Tennis Court, Table tennis, Garden with front and back terraces and secure parking… situated in the area of Hôpitaux Facultés of Montpellier. * Most of the University Faculties are accessible either on foot, bicycles, bus, tram direct. (Station Occitanie 7 minute's walking distance from our house) * 250 metres to the nearest supermarket Intermarché and pharmacy . * 7 minutes by foot to the nearest tram station 'Occitanie' * 15 minutes by tram to the historical centre. * 20 minutes by car to the beaches. Possible also to go by tram and bus. Fully air-conditioned house, situated in a private cul-de-sac. Our garden is calm and with no over-looking houses. The swimming pool (10 x 5) is equipped with an solar shutter for child safety, We have two shaded terraces with garden furniture and a table tennis. There is a tennis court in front of the house that you may use whenever but is also shared with the other co-owners of our Cul-de-sac. (We can provide tennis and ping- pong rackets and balls.) A few bikes are available. The house has 3 double bedrooms + 2 bathrooms with shower , 2 separate toilets (+ 1 guest room for visitors) We will supply all bed linen and towels. The house is 'non smoker' We do not accept animals. The kitchen is fully equipped A gaz barbeque on the back terrace. Wifi 24h/24h fibre optique We hope you will spent a happy experience in our home full of fun moments and laugher but please spare a thought for our neighbours and the noise level when you are in the garden very late at night. * Late night parties and large gathereings are strictly prohibited.
