Bright Mediterranean get-away in wine-growing village close to Barcelona

You love being close to the sea and the mountains? This is your spot. The place is a bright studio space in my home that is a perfect get-away in nature, yet close to Barcelona. The space offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a very comfortable sofa-bed (140x190cm) that sleeps two (mom praised the mattress as better than the one at home), a wardrobe, bathroom, and of course fast Wi-fi. Happy to provide a TV if you would want one and an additional single bed. There is a swimming-pool and barbecue right in front of the studio and plenty of outdoor space including outdoor table, chairs and sun loungers. I have a vegetable garden, and you would be welcome to help yourself to whatever grows (currently tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, chard, onions, strawberries, peppers, various herbs,...). A great place for gardening lovers, too :) The village Alella is enchanting, with beautiful architecture and lots of history, going back to Romans growing wine in the region - a tradition still alive nowadays. There are charming "bodegas", great restaurants, supermarkets, and all the amenities needed. There is public transport and one can get without other means of transport, but a scooter or car helps with the "last mile" from the well-connected bus stops in Alella (five minutes by car from the house but a longer walk). That said, once at at the central bus stop, Barcelona is a short bus ride away (25 minutes from departure in Alella to Barcelona city center). Similar by train from Masnou train station. When I can, I am happy to give you a ride to the bus stop in Alella (5 minutes ride) or pick you up from there. I have three cats. While they would not enter your studio space, they love checking out who visits. An ideal spot for cat lovers and it is required that you don't mind having them around. I do not have dogs but neighbors do.
