The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and includes a gas range . There is an outdoor grill, a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, hi speed Wi-Fi, a clawfoot tub as well as a shower and a washer/dryer. The front porch faces the sunrise and is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs. Stepping out from the kitchen is a patio with a fireplace in the cob wall. The house is on a double lot and the yard is fully landscaped. You are welcome to grow vegetables in the raised beds – or not. I’m a newly retired health care provider looking forward to extended travel.

Comments: My preference would be to have someone stay for 9-10 months/the academic year with leeway before and after these dates to make it fit your needs too.
