Beautiful, spacious & sunny apartment in the heart of vibrant Neukölln

We, two researchers and our little son, are looking for somebody to stay in our beloved home while we are in Vienna. Our recently renovated flat is very bright and spacious, located in the heart of Berlin-Neukölln. It consists of a big living room with a small sunny balcony, a bedroom (facing the courtyard, usually quiet) and an open center in the middle of the apartment with an open kitchen, newly renovated bathroom (with floor heating, bathtub and rain shower) and an office space. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The flat combines the charme of a typical "Berliner Altbau" (high ceilings, wooden floors, spacious rooms) and a modern apartment. The flat is on the 4th floor (no elevator). We took great care renovating our apartment, so it is important for us to find someone who handles everything with care.
