I have an incredibly unique space available for short or long-term rental. Guests enjoy a private, peaceful retreat in a one-room cabin with a private deck nestled among mature trees, Japanese maples and hellebores. The space feels remote and restorative, yet it is less than 2 miles to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Caffe Driade and countless restaurants. It is minutes to the campus of UNC Chapel Hill and convenient to Duke and Durham as well. Eastwood Lake is steps away, a private lake where you can swim, paddle board and kayak. Lake access can be negotiated. The cabin has a queen bed, reading chair, work surface and WiFi. The deck has two outdoor reclining chairs. The renovated full bathroom, kitchen and office space is NOT IN THE CABIN, but in the walkout basement of the main house, with a private keyed entrance. This space is private and only used by Magic Cabin residents.
